§.1 General Provisions

The data administrator is the Maśka School - Janusz Maśka, ul. To firewall 55, 43-516 Zabrzeg NIP: 6520010060. Personal data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
For the purpose of better reception of this text, the term "User" has been replaced by the terms "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
We respect the right to privacy and care for data security.
For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) for data sent in forms.
Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. The contact form on the website is not used to collect data entered in the database, but only to send them to our e-mail address.

§2. Data Administrator

Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in our company is possible electronically at the e-mail address provided on the Contact page. We do not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely. We exercise due diligence to adequately protect the personal data provided, and in particular against disclosure to unauthorized persons.

§3. Cookies

Ours uses cookies - small text files sent by a web server and stored by your web browser. When the browser reconnects to our site, the site recognizes the type of device you are connecting from. Parameters allow reading the information contained therein only to the server that created them. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time, date and location information.
The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our website to improve the functioning of the website by providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the website. On our website, we only use 'performance' cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the website's pages. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser. The Google Analytics tool that our website uses does not store data that will enable Google to identify people (e.g. name, social security number or email address) or those that permanently identify a specific device (e.g. a unique identifier for a mobile phone whose cannot be reset).
